A note from our founder
When I was growing up, I spent my summers with my grandfather, mi abuelo, at his coffee farms in our native Colombia. My grandfather dedicated himself to his business, spending as much time with his coffee beans as he did with the workers on his farms. Even at 10, I knew I wanted the same for myself one day.
Years later, I immigrated to the U.S. with no money and even less English. What I did know? Flowers. Colombia is the second largest exporter of flowers in the world, and I grew up surrounded by them. That’s why I founded BloomsyBox – to help others discover the joy and beauty of flowers the same way I did.
Through the years, our company has grown and our incredible team has expanded. But our core mission has always stayed the same: Bring you new varieties of flowers every month, while supporting farms that make responsible choices towards their people and the planet.
